Our complete terms and conditions are only available in German language. Here are the most important points for international customers:

 

Prices
All prices are in Euro and contain the current German tax. If your country is not member of the European Union you only have to pay net prices (without the German tax). In this case we will reduce the VAT from the amount.

 

Returns
All items except pick ups, books, DVDs, videos and custom orders can be returned within 14 days. The items have to be in unaltered, unused state and in original packaging when sent back. Please include a copy of the original invoice. All costs for returning the item(s) have to be carried by the buyer. As soon as we have received the returned item(s) we will issue the refund or exchange the item.

 

Minimum order
For European countries the minimum order quantity is 25 Euro (without shipping costs). For international orders outside of Europe please contact us before.

 

Shipping costs (outside Germany)
Within Europe, we charge a fixed fee for almost every item, no matter how many items and / or how heavy they are. Please see Shipping information for the current shipping rates. All other countries will be charged for weight and by destination, so it depends on what you order and where you live.

 

International Orders (inside European Union)
We accept only Payment in advance.

We can ship your order as soon as we receive your money order.
